Visits with notice. We visit only with notice to your tenant and at an agreed time, as your lease allows, and we record the condition of the home, not the tenant's belongings. Rental management, finding tenants and collecting rent, is handled by a licensed local agency we introduce you to, under its own contract.
Questions
How do quarterly checks work?
We visit four times a year at a time agreed with your tenant, record the condition of the home and the meter readings, and send you photos, video and an English report after each visit.
Does my tenant have to agree?
Yes. We visit only with notice to your tenant and at an agreed time, as your lease allows. We're there to record condition, not to inspect the tenant's belongings.
What is a move-out record?
When a tenant leaves, we attend, film every room, read the meters and note damage, so you have evidence for the deposit. It's $149, and also available to tenants leaving a rental.
Can you collect rent or find tenants?
Rental management, including finding tenants and collecting rent, is handled by a licensed local agency in China that we introduce you to under its own contract.
How do I pay?
Annual plans are paid once a year; quarterly plans are billed every three months. Cancel any time before the next billing date.
